resonant frequency of the clitoris

I hope you aren't shocked about what I am about to ask..

I would like to know what is a good frequency range for clitoral stimulation..

I suppose vibratures are tuned around the resonant frequency of the clitoris.. but I do not know what that is..

I'd like to know what is a good instrument to play..for said purpose..

I've heard of throat vibrations but i do not know what note I should be hitting..

any aspect of this kind of "sound healing" would be appreciated..

20 Astral Keys to Gates of Universal Consciousness

Carl Gustav Jung (1875–1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist who developed the field of analytical psychology and introduced the concept of archetypes of consciousness being "innate universal psychic dispositions that form the substrate from which the basic themes of human life emerge. Being universal and innate, their influence can be detected in the form of myths, symbols, rituals and instincts of human beings. Archetypes are components of the collective unconscious and serve to organize, direct and inform human thought and behaviour. ...archetypes heavily influence the human life cycle, propelling a neurologically hard-wired sequence which he called the stages of life. Each stage is mediated through a new set of archetypal imperatives which seek fulfillment in action."[1]

Centuries before Jung, the Maya introduced the very similar concept of Archetypes of Divine Consciousness. (According to the Maya, there are 20 of them.) Likewise, these Archetypes form the substrate from which individual Divine Consciousness emerges. Also being components of the collective unconscious, the Maya-identified Archetypes organize, direct and engender Divine thought and behavior in the human experience, in stages, over the course of days, months, years, ...millennia. Hard wired into the binary code of DNA and the human brain, these Archetypes are mediated through the permutations of an universal, binary, object oriented Code evident in and galactically broadcast by harmonic star cycles. My name is Whitney and I lived in San Francisco for 4 years completing school. Now I have just returned from 3 months of travel in South America and will be excitedly moving back up to the Bay to pursue my creative love of singing, playing guitar, writing and many other endeavors while sharing and receiving love and light with all of you! I have been studying with a dear friend of mine here in Encinitas who is a Sound Therapist receiving her Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, and feel strongly connected to this work. I have doing meridien work with Yin Yoga, have exposure to crystal bowls, tuning forks, sound chairs/tables, and the magical amethyst biomat. Words Of Healing

Hello friends.

I wrote a text to read during a healing.
It should be learned from the heart.
Then spoken during trance.
I wrote originally in Dutch, so maybe there are some mistakes.
Please feel free to use it and please comment on it.

There are parts where rest should be taken.
Also some pieces deserve much attention from the healer.
A connection with their spirit. And the connection with their healing spirits.
So that part is a personal input.

Sit down, and be comfortable. Make sure all your limbs are relaxed.
Take a few deep breaths a close your eyes.
This has everything to do with who you are, who you think you are.
Your body and how it moves in the universe.

We are going to create consciousness.

You have a body, that’s a fact.
And your body keeps busy, you breath in, breath out. Your heart beats, your organs keeps busy.
Focus on your breathing, on your heartbeat, how it work on it’s own.
Take a few deep breaths, notice how you are also in control. The choice is there.
Your body is alive and is fed constantly with stimulation.
Through your eyes, your nose, your skin, sound, taste.
Now focus on my voice.

Take a deep breath and focus on your body.

See your body, feel it beating and breathing.
We are going through the clothes, through the skin.
Your body is made of organs, blood and bones.
Every organ and bone is made of trillions of cels.
Every cel is made of membranes.
If we zoom in even closer, we meet our own DNA.
Zoom in even further, we see we are molecules.
Those are made of atoms.
The atoms are made of neurons and electrons.
And even these small building blocks are made out of even smaller particles.

And every particle moves on the rhythm of your emotion.
Think back of a moment where you were completely happy.
Feel how the energy changes.
Now think back of a time when you felt really bad.
Feel how the energy gets chaotic.
Your thoughts have an effect on these smallest particles.
Go back to the moment where you were happy.

Here we stay for a while, take a deep breath.

Now visualise that all those particles are little snakes.
Little snakes that wriggle next to each other, over each other.
And while they wriggle their friction makes a buzzing noise.
With the positive thought they wriggle in line, next to each other in harmony.
With the negative thought they wriggle in chaos, and the buzz changes in pitch.
That’s the energy we are made of.

Keep the visualisation of the snakes while we zoom back, take a deep breath.

While we zoom back you can see the atoms, molecules, DNA, organs and bones, your skin, your whole body. It is completely made of energy, it glows in the dark. You see it glowing, you feel the energy buzzing, you feel the snakes laugh.

Around you the energy buzzes as well. The bed you are seated on is made of energy, the table in the corner, the ground is made of energy. Under the ground is earth. In the earth are basements of other houses, people live there, made of energy, hearts that beat. In the earth are roots of trees and plants, they find their way up and reach in the air. The air is made of energy. In the air are birds flying, bees buzzing. The higher we go in the air the further we move away from the earth, we reach for the sky. There is the moon that revolves around earth, and the sun we revolve around. The Milky Way, the universe, all other stars, other suns, where other planets revolve around. The energy is everywhere, the particles. And everything buzzes like the snakes we are made of.

It’s everywhere, always. Take a deep breath.

See your shining body, feel it buzzing.
Think about what you have done today and how the energy reacted. How was the buzz.
How did other energy react to you. How did the buzz change.
How was this yesterday.
How was it the day before.
The day before that.

How did you experience it. When you look back, how do you feel now about your experience then. When floating above yourself, how did you experience yourself at that moment.

This is the area of experience. Take a deep breath.
Our bodies of energy are here, but in and outside lies a dimension of experience, this is closely related to our energy-body. You are constantly stimulated through the senses, images, conversations, but it would all pass by if it would not touch you, you remember through experience, how you perceive yourself is for the biggest part based on experience. The stimulants, the vibes of others resonate through your thought-body. The body and the world as we experience it through the days.

When you have been traumatised when younger, or recent, this has an enormous impact on your thought-body, which has an immediate effect on you energy-body, on your emotion. It has an effect on how you buzz.

The buzz is the communication, that what you forward to others. When you speak words, you are not only forwarding vibration through the mouth. You forward words, intonation, feelings, emotion, intent, this is all received. The word is important to forward information, but it is less important when you want to communicate on a higher level, on a level of attraction, a level of healing or comforting. How you are received in another energy-body and experienced in another thought-body.

Look at your energy-body and zoom in on the little snakes, visualize the buzz they give, visualize it as a white light they project. An aura of white light. The snake is the bulb, the buzz is the light. The harder you want to communicate the brighter the light shines, the more harmony there is in your emotion, the brighter you shine, the more the snakes dance in harmony, the happier you are. Zoom back and watch your light-body, watch the light flow from you like a bright flame in a universe without gravity. Watch it communicate with everything around you.

Take a deep breath.

Now imagine all the flaming light leaving your energy-body. And enter the spirit-world, that is where you are when you leave your body. Feel your senses leaving your energy-body, feel that you can be anything you want to be. You are a sphere of white light that pulls, that flows and moves with the energy of the universe. The energy of other spirits will reveal themselves to you.

Every unborn spirit, every born spirit has it’s place in the spirit-world. Communicate with the spirits of plants, flowers, dogs, deer, the animals. They don’t communicate in a language you can speak. They communicate with the buzz of the white light, keep an open approach and loving intent.

Which spirits reveal themselves to you, this can be different entities. Spirits of animals, humans, plants, or demons, faces from eternity. Who wants to be your friend, who wants to be with you, who wants to come together, who wants to teach you.

Be aware not to accept just any spirit into your spirit-body. Some can come into your spirit and stay there, you have ‘above all’ the willpower to accept them or to deny them. It is a matter of willpower, let your white light create a weapon to get rid of the spirits with bad intentions, by the beat of a drum, a flash of lightning or a rattle. Open your spirit up to accept the right spirits, like a egg cell allowing a seed to penetrate. Let the spirit enter but nothing else.

The ways of the spirit are endless, but it takes practice and concentration. In everyday life we are restricted in our abilities, purely by the shape we are, we cannot see in the dark, we can not see miles away, we cannot kill prey with our claws. When we connect with other spirits that have not taken form yet, we can expand our abilities in the spirit-world we can travel distance, without moving here, we can search for information unknown here.
We can forward our spirit forms, divide it, leave it somewhere, take different shapes, melt it together with other spirits.

Two spirits can melt together there and get bonded here. Spirits can battle each other, they can swallow each other, irritate each other and effect will be physical right here.

Even the greatest force can be trained, to love. To train your love, and forwarding the positive thrills is something that can be taught and trained. The same goes for negative energy, to curse someone, to curse someone’s spirit. Spirits can swallow each other, battle each other, and at the same time the effect can be seen in different form right here, through emotion, through spirit-instinct that work through the energy-body.

Our spirit energy is something we can work with, for building or destructing. The consciousness of the choice is not always there. But those who give in to the mysticism and the power of the spirit are aware, and can train their abilities to recognize and work with these energies.

Everything has a spirit, it takes a perspective of the world of great animosity to see that it is there.

In this dimension where you count you toes, where you enjoy the spring, where you hide from the rain, there you are 1 (one), there you are full, there you are symmetric, there you are a human. There you can think, there you can live from your higher self, there you can be a monster, there you can be an angel, there you can be a god.

A knowledge of flow, flows of energy.
The snake, the fox, the deer, the buzzard and the oaktree.
I cover you in oak-leaves, and tell the story.
The different keys come together and form a great white light.
The great spirits with knowledge of healing form themselves in front of me.
The consciousness of the eternal ones, flows together with my consciousness.
The flow flows through willpower.
A pure heart, a pure smile, a pure tear.
What’s going on. What happened. Tell me the sins.
There no reason for fear, all reason to live.
Transcend the body to meet the spirit.
Transcend the spirit to return to the body.
To be reborn again.
There where all stories meet is the crossroad of wisdom.
Knowledge of wisdom is knowledge of happiness.
Knowledge of happiness is knowledge of suffering.
The knowledge of suffering is knowledge of the heart.

As long as your heart beats, you will experience emotion.
As long as your heart beats, you will ‘feel’.

What do you want to feel.

What you give is what you get.
Don’t do to another, what you don’t want to be done to you.

Take a deep breath, feel your heart beating, let your thoughts wander.
Now float through the different worlds, let the spirits reveal themselves to you.
See your body, see your life, all the moments that formed you.
Let the spirits help you, how can they help you.

Float, float, float till you fall asleep.
Tomorrow you will wake up and feel great.
The healing starts here.
Now you are safe, the spirits will watch over you.

Binaural Beats

I've read that binaural beats can isolate and specify certain brainwave patters (beta, alpha, theta, delta)

do you think that it is better to work your way down from beta(normal consciousness 14-100hz) or up from delta(dreamless sleep0-4hz) to create a hemisphere synchronization or unifying effect on the neural transmitters, specifically the ones that produce vasopressin(sp) and oxytocin(naturally, of course).

I've been using a method that starts from delta and many times have trouble "letting go" and slipping into a noticibly different state

anyone here know about this stuff?

Codex Alimentarius - Control of all Food globally by 2009

Codex Alimentarius” means “food rules” in Latin. The organization was born in 1962 when the UN established the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) as a “Trade Commission”. It was created to regulate, and thus control, every aspect of how food and nutritional supplements are produced and sold to the consumer. It is solely about trade and the profits of multi-national corporations.

The more natural health products people use, the fewer drugs they use. Millions are turning to natural health. Big Pharma fears this as it would diminish profits. Codex is designed to protect Big Pharma profits by eliminating natural health products and treatments. Health food stores and wellness companies would be hit hard.

Codex is unscientific because it classifies nutrients as toxins and uses “Risk Assessment” to set ultra low so-called “safe upper limits” for them. Risk Assessment is a branch of Toxicology, the science for assessing toxins. The proper science for assessing nutrients is Biochemistry. Codex does not use Biochemistry.

Codex is based on the Napoleonic Code, dating back to Bonaparte. Under this code, anything not explicitly permitted is automatically forbidden. Under Common Law (our system), something does not have to be explicitly permitted to be legal. The tyrannical Napoleonic Code allows the banning of natural health options by default.

Codex will go into global effect on December 31, 2009, unless we, the People, take action and avert it. Right now, we are like a frog boiled slowly, the heat raised gradually so we won’t jump out of the water. The media is used to make us believe that Codex is about “consumer protection”. Part of the media strategy is to tarnish the image of natural health options, through for-hire studies.

One-time defenders of supplements and nutritional products, such as the National Nutritional Foods Association (NNFA) and Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), have fallen prey to new pharmaceutical members and are spreading disinformation saying that Codex is “consumer protection”. Their boards used to be run by health freedom fighters.

The U.S. has a powerful legal tool for health freedom: the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA), passed in 1994 after massive grass-roots action. DSHEA scientifically classifies nutritional supplements as food and prevents dosage restrictions; Codex unscientifically classifies them as toxins and sets ultra-low doses. The VMG violates U.S. law because it violates DSHEA. We must unite to protect DSHEA, our best legal defense against Codex.

The pharmaceutical industry works through irresponsible/corrupt politicians to do their bidding. The path to institute Codex in America is to “influence” Congress to pass laws friendly to drugs and unfriendly to nutritional supplements, so that slowly everyone comes to believe that nutrients are “dangerous”, and drugs are “proper medicine”. Susan Davis (D, CA) and other politicians are helping Big Pharma by supporting bills designed to destroy DSHEA.

Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) has two committees which impact nutrition.

One of them, the “Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses” (CCNFSDU), is chaired by Dr. Rolf Grossklaus, a physician who believes that nutrition has no role in health. This is the “top-guy” for Codex nutritional policy, and he has stated that “nutrition is not relevant to health”.

As unbelievable as it may sound, Dr. Grossklaus actually declared nutrients to be toxins in 1994 and instituted the use of toxicology (Risk Assessment) to prevent nutrients from having any impact on humans who take supplements! It is worth mentioning that Dr. Grossklaus happens to own the Risk Assessment company advising CCNFSDU and Codex on this issue. This company makes money when its toxicology services are used for the “assessment” of nutrients. Here in the U.S. we call that a “conflict of interest”.

Codex is made up of thousands of standards and guidelines. One of them, the Vitamin and Mineral Guideline (VMG), is designed to permit only ultra low doses of vitamins and minerals (and make clinically effective nutrients illegal). How can the VMG restrict dosages of vitamins and minerals? By using Risk Assessment (toxicology) to assess nutrients.

While Risk Assessment is a legitimate science (it is a branch of toxicology), it is the wrong science for assessing nutrients! In fact, in this context, it is actually junk science. Biochemistry, the science of life processes, is the correct science for assessing nutrients. Codex Alimentarius treats nutrients as toxins, which is literally insane.

Nutrients are not toxins - they are essential for life!!

i've been quiet and mellow but lost my voice completely , somehow...
i guess, it could just the season changing i suppose,with new plant growth comes some unseen allergies and post-nasel drip, leading to this state... and a viris onset...

i'm about to undergo some intense "shift" work...transformational stuff ... soon, and clearing my mind and voice is necessary at this juncture... i suppose.... there are no words acurate enough to describe another paradigm, right?

In the very beginning of creation, the primal vibration arose as the Om or Aum. From this Om arose 50 matrika (=mother) sounds , which also relate to the chakra levels.

Each of the chakras is associated with a "root-vibration," which in turn is associated with certain letters. Thus, taken as a whole, the system of chakras constitutes the primal alphabet, the alphabet formed of the essence of letters. From this alphabet, according to the tradition, the whole universe arises. Each of these letters in the Sanskrit alphabet can individually be called a matrika, because each is a power in its own right.

So first we have a single root sound, the primal vowel, which formed all other vowels. Then from the vibrations of the vowels came the consonants.

Each sound represents a particular cosmic power. With each chakra they are inscribed on the petals. The number of petals of each chakra thus correspond to the number of sounds, or root powers, that are active at that level:

Sahasrara: Om, the primal sound

Ajna: ha (the aspiration sound) and ksa

Vishuddha: the 16 pure sounds

Anahata: 12 impure sounds

Manipura: 10 impure sounds

Svadhisthana: 6 impure sounds

Muladhara: 4 impure sounds.

Tantra knows four kinds of sound:

Para (=supreme): is the state of unmanifested sound. It is sound at the level of its origin. This state corresponds with manipura chakra.

Pashyanti (=seeing): is sound in its undifferentiated state. This sound is only heard by the spiritually awakened person. It is sound emerging towards the visible. Through its medium enlightened people can behold all objective existence within themselves. This state corresponds with anahata chakra.

Madhyama (luminous): is the state of sound or word that has been created but not expressed yet by the throat. This luminous sound makes the enclosure and definition of space possible. Madhyama is an internal reflection of manifestation of awareness taking the form of ideas. This state corresponds with vishuddha chakra.

Vaikhari: is sound manifested as form, that is, sound spoken by man, audible sound. It is our language.

Sound plays an important role in tantra. Mantras are said to invoke special sound vibrations within the practitioner to bring him into a particular state of consciousness or to activate particular energies.

A spiritual mantra is an inwardly-directed Matrika (=mother sound, see above). Mantra saturates and transforms our consciousness when repeated. In our normal thought processes mantra moves through our awareness from the para stage down to the vaikari stage. In the practice of mantra the order is reversed. When repeated at the vaikari level (the throat), the gross body is purified. When repeated on the madhyama level, the mantra is said to have one hundred times the power as when repeated on the gross level. In the next level, the pashyanti level, the mantra no longer exists in concrete form, but is simply a pulse of energy. The awareness of this pulsation releases ecstasy in the heart; a person who has attained this level has the power to create through words. Whatever such a person says has to come true. On the para level, only bliss exists.

Certain sounds are heard when the awakened kundalini rises up through the chakras:

at muladhara one hears the chirping of a cricket

at svadhisthana one hears the tinkling of an anklet

at manipura one hears the sound of a bell

at anahata one hears the music of a flute

at vishuddha and beyond one hears the sound Om

I like to introduce myself to the group. My name is Mike, and I'm a Heathen. I joined this group to gain a stronger understand of sound used for healing. In my understanding of the Northern Way, songs were used for healing, and as such to attract spirits for help. The phonetics of the runes is assumed to hold such a key, and I'm keeping myself very open with experimenting with other forms used in different believes so I can expand my knowledge and use the information for my benefit in the Northern Way. I know durning the Migration Period, people traveled far to aboard lands and pick up such information and blended such secret knowledge with the customs of their own. Which meditation seems to be a universual tool that has spread in many cultures, though all seem so similar; in one way or the other - but unique to the cultures, respectively.

If anyone can give me a starting point to begin will be with many thanks!

Regarding Sound. Yes - very important. I had a wonderful experience with singing and playing guitars last October. However, to heal the world in a big way - to get it back into balance - I think people need to become aware of some big things happening in the world so they can understand a lot of the deep feelings they have. We emerge into the silence of awe, the stillness of the world holding its breath while new life is birthed. As babies we are seeped in the silence between the spiritual realm and the physical realm. We are open vessels, expressing our joys and pains without any static or interference from the mind. We do not question whether it is right or wrong to have a particular emotion, we simply are.

Gradually this open, clear channel begins to fill with the noise of the outside world-other people's expectations, fears, desires, hopes, which soon become our expectations, fears, desires, hopes. As we mature, our once clear channel to Spirit is filled with structured static-false agreements of who we should be, of who we could be, of who we believe we are.

True silence comes not simply from the act of not speaking, but from the mind becoming still as a mirror lake

Connecting with Spirit

Malidoma Some speaks of his tribe, the Dagara of Africa, and their system of hierarchy - plants are the most revered, as they are completely silent, and therefore their connection to Spirit is the most pure. Animals come next in the heirarchy, since they make sounds to communicate. Last are humans, since we choose to use speech to communicate, which immediately takes us away from truth, from what it.

The trees, the cars, the buildings, the flowers all sing their messages directly into our souls. And we wordlessly sing back. Spirit speaks to us through cats, through pebbles, through strangers. And we can finally allow ourselves to hear and be open to the power of life dancing around and through us

Drums!

Ahoy fellow sound healers.
I am an avid hand drummer and I am in need of a new great drum.
Does anyone know any good sources online for djembe's?
I prefer real organic materials, unless someone has a cheaper alternative that still sounds fat and real.
Only have about 100$ or so to spend, so nothing too extravagant.

I ask you guys first because my friend recently bought a drum online and it sucks. It was one of those plexiglass mass distributed ones...forget the name...didn't like it at all.

Samadhi is a spiritual state of consciousness. There are various kinds of samadhi. Among the minor samadhis, savikalpa samadhi happens to be the highest. Beyond savikalpa comes nirvikalpa samadhi, but there is a great gulf between these two: they are two radically different samadhis. Again, there is something even beyond nirvikalpa samadhi called sahaja samadhi.
