EVENING OF CHANT AND SOUND HEALING JOURNEY!
at the SOPHIA HEALING CENTER
this WEDNESDAY, 30th APRIL

between Pierce and Scott.
We will begin the evening with a Kirtan, a
meditation, and then move into the sound healing journey.
"Kirtan" is the meditative chanting of ancient mantras enabling us to connect to the
divine within.
A Sound Healing Journey is a guided inner voyage into a sound
healing space using didgeridoo, Tibetan Bowls, chant, vocal toning, &
Native American drum.
Through the power of sound vibration, we will enter into a deep
healing space, allowing our bodies to release imbalanced energy, and
move us back into the space of natural resonance.
$10-20 sliding scale for Kirtan/Sound Healing Journey
(Additional $10 to Sofia Healing Center to use hot tub & sauna till 10pm.
If so, please bring a towel & suit. The hot tub area is clothing optional)
